Gold: Everything in the silver package, also including free call outs, replacements parts and fitting.
Platinum: Everything in silver and gold packages, and also including alarm monitoring.
Diamond: Everything in silver, gold and diamond packages, also includes alarm monitoring and police response.
Some insurance companies may require for you to take out a maintenance contract, this maybe a condition of your insurance. Having your system maintained will reduce the potential of any false alarms.
